Our first appointment availability was offered within days when we were in a position to proceed. We were asked to provide upfront documentation to support our request, this was sent in, and after review, again days – we were advised that an appointment for assessment would be appropriate.

During our appointment Dr Gada was attentive, polite, courteous, kind and kept us informed althrough-out; adults and child. We overran our allotted time, but we’re not made to feel pressured nor rushed.
