Speech and Language Delay/Difficulties

- Could be secondary to several conditions e.g. isolated delay, global developmental delay, muscle problems, ataxia, cerebral palsy or musculoskeletal issues
- Gross motor delays vary in severity and outcome
- Signs of developmental delay may not be obvious
